30-Day No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee

XpresSpa is dedicated to offering exceptional spa products which are backed by a 30-day No Questions Asked money back guarantee. XpresSpa wants you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are in any way displeased with a product you ordered, we’ll exchange it, replace it or refund you money. Simply, contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please read the XpresSpa return policy for details about returning merchandise.

Return Policy

XpresSpa will exchange, replace, or refund your money with a valid receipt if you are in any way disappointed with a product you ordered. Contact XpresSpa within 30 days of the date of purchase to complete the return. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective, please notify XpresSpa within 5 days of receiving the item. XpresSpa will provide a replacement at no charge and arrange to have the defective item picked up.

XpresSpa will refund 100% (less shipping charges) on items that are returned in new condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will refund 100% (less shipping charges) if you are not entirely satisfied with a product for whatever reason (used or unused) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Additional shipping fees may be charged after order is processed if shipping information is not accurate.
  • XpresSpa cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a defect in the product or as a result of damage during shipping.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Special orders cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Closeout items cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Please note that for international orders, duty fees assessed by customs will not be refunded.
Please be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx and UPS include tracking and insurance, although you may want to purchase additional insurance. The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, so we advise that you purchase it for a nominal fee. XpresSpa cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned.

Once we receive the merchandise back from you, we will contact you to confirm that your return is being processed. If a refund is due, we will issue a credit at that time. If an additional amount is owed, please include an authorization to charge the difference. Otherwise, we will automatically send out the exchange item(s).

Product-Specific Returns

Your Satisfaction is very important to XpresSpa. Some items may have special return policies. Items with a different return policy or procedure are clearly marked on their respective product pages. If you are unsure or have questions regarding the return policy of a specific product, we encourage you to contact customerservice@xpresspa.com.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed online, you must call our corporate office at (212)750-9595 and ask to speak with Customer Service (Ext. 255). You will be refunded the entire amount of the order but only if it has not been shipped. Please remember that we process orders and send them to our warehouse shortly after receiving your paid order. If we are unable to cancel your order prior to shipping, please complete a request for a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to customerservice@xpresspa.com.

International Orders

Please note that for international orders, tax, duty, brokerage and other fees may be applied by customs which will not be refunded. Also note that since some items may ship separately, customs may assess charges on each individual item shipped.

Security

XpresSpa always protects your security and privacy. We respect your confidential information and do everything we can to protect it.

Wholesale and Special Orders

For large or wholesale orders, we reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee for returned items. This minimal charge covers our costs to receive the order and restock the inventory. For questions about possible restocking fees, please contact XpresSpa before returning your order.

Liability

XpresSpa does not offer medical opinions on the use of our products. Consult a physician prior to using a product if you have any questions or concerns.

The purchaser bears full responsibility for ensuring that the products are properly maintained.

XpresSpaShop.com disclaims any liability for injury caused by use of the products sold herein. By purchasing products from this website, you acknowledge receiving the warnings and limitations of liability herein.

Coupons and Promotions

XpresSpaShop.com may offer special promotions and coupons to our customers providing additional discounts and savings. There promotions are limited to retail orders only and exclude wholesale or quantity pricing, special orders, and custom orders. XpresSpa reserves the right to modify or change a promotion at any time. We are not liable for errors or misprints in the promotion.
