SHIPPING POLICY Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstance. XpresSpaShop.com offers three shipping options to all U.S. destinations; Standard, Two-Day, and Overnight. There is a $1.50 handling fee added to all transactions. Shipping within the United States:Standard: Allow approximately 5-7 business days for delivery. For delivery to PO Boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses allow three weeks for delivery. Two- Business Day: Order must be submitted before 12:00 noon EST Monday-Friday. This service is not available for PO boxes or outside of the US. Overnight (Next Business Day): Order must be submitted before 12:00 noon EST Monday-Thursday. This service is not available for PO boxes, outside of the US, and in some rural areas. NOTE: All Gift Card orders are shipped separate from merchandise and special shipping rates apply.Shipping to all International destinations:XpresSpaShop.com offers two options for international shipping; either Standard or Express. Delivery times will fluctuate depending on the destination. If you have a question about international shipping, please email shipping@xpresspa.com. IMPORTANT: The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and any carrier-related fees. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery. |
