“I can honestly say that this was the most amazing 30 minute massage I’ve ever had”
“Had an opportunity to try your services at your location in the Las Vegas McCarran Int’l Airport. I chose the Neck and Back Massage for 30 minutes. I have also tried similar services offered by other companies in past years.
I can honestly say that this was the most amazing 30 minute massage I’ve ever had. Your massage therapist in your Las Vegas location, Jennifer, provided the best massage I’ve ever had. She walked me through the entire process and explained everything she found in a way that made perfect sense. I requested that she be very hard with me and she did an absolute great job. Make sure you keep Jennifer around, as she will build a very local clientele for you.
Thanks again and please feel free to share my comments with Jennifer. She deserves it."

I would like to express my appreciation to you staff at the Raleigh Durham XpresSpa Terminal C. They were an island in the storm for me and the person I was traveling with. They took very good care of us! We were under tremendous stress and going to help our children through a very difficult time.
Your prices are affordable to all and you carry wonderful products. My friend Chery did some Christmas shopping while we were there!
Thanks again...you have great staff!

I just wanted to write to say that I stopped at the XpresSpa in the Atlanta airport on the day before Thanksgiving. It was my first time to have a service there, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and professional. I had a great manicure, and it was the perfect escape from the craze of the Thanksgiving travel crowds. It was such a great experience that I've been encouraging my friends to head to the airport early so that they can take advantage of your services. Needless to say, I'll definitely be back!

I am writing to say that I am very pleased with the neck and back massage that I received in Atlanta Airport Concourse C a few weeks ago. I travel a lot for work, and I often travel through Atlanta. On this Saturday after Thanksgiving, my 2nd visit to XpresSpa, I had the privilege of receiving a neck and back massage by Tiffany. IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! I regret that she is not near me on a regular basis! She found a spot that is always sore for me, and I was shocked that she had found it when I had never even pointed it out as no one has been able to really work that area of my back the way that Tiffany did.
I am so super pleased with Tiffany as a massage therapist - I look actually look forward to a long layover in Atlanta soon (and hope that Tiffany is working!!).

I had the opportunity to visit XpresSpa at San Francisco airport and I had very good experience. Kelly, the girl that did my manicure and pedicure was very friendly and professional. She had good suggestions about the choice of nail polish, very appropriate for the event I was about to attend. Also, a good touch was the fact that the manager came and checked on me which shows me how much your business appreciate its customers.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would come back again!

I was traveling from New York to Las Vegas on Friday January 1, 2009, with a three hour layover in Atlanta. I wanted to arrive fresh faced in Vegas but found that impossible, considering I didn't sleep the night before. I walked Terminal C at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Int'l Airport in search of coffee or some other quick fix to alleviate the weariness that was breaking me down, and stumbled across your spa.
I was immediately welcomed by a warm and friendly manager, Murat Kizbaz. I thought about a manicure or pedicure and he helped with nail color options. He was very familiar with the product, which I found impressive. Nonetheless, he was not too pushy and when I opted for a gel eye mask he described the benefits of each one and made what I believe the best suggestion. I sniffed some candles and oils and went on my way, still in search of coffee.
Once at the other end of the terminal, I returned back to take a seat near the gate from which I would be departing. As I passed XpresSpa, Mr. Kizbaz noticed me and beckoned me back inside. On my first stop inside, I told him of my destination so he remembered that I would be in the airport for a little while. He walked me to the back of the spa, turned on a massage chair and allowed me to rest and relax for twenty minutes, complimentary of him because he saw just how tired I was.
This is a treatment I would have paid for many times over as I did not realize how exhausted I was until I sat in the chair. However, he would not allow it. And thanks to the eye mask, the massage and Mr. Kizbaz' excellence in customer service, the remainder of my trip was wonderful. His level of professionalism truly exceeded my expectations and made for a perfect start to a New Year.
I want to thank him and XpresSpa for such wonderful treatment and I will continuously recommend him to friends traveling into, out of and through Atlanta and XpressSpa will be my first stop for a quick fix, whenever I’m there.

I'm writing to let you know that I received amazing service today at the Spa in American Airlines terminal in Boston Logan Airport. The spa was quite busy and we were on a wait, but they took great care of me and the people who helped me felt calm and relaxed. Natalia gave me a neck & back massage and I received a pedicure from a delightful young woman whose name I didn't get. I have already given a public recommendation on Twitter, but wanted to follow up directly with the company. Please let them know they're doing an outstanding job!!

I just wanted to write and tell you how much I love the XpresSpa at the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. I've often said that someone should open a spa or salon in airports, but I first became aware that someone had actually done it this past December. I was coming back to the US from ten months of field research and couldn't believe my eyes. I had a pedicure and sat in the amazing massage chair – and felt like a new person! Returning abroad to finish up my research, I booked my flight through Atlanta – partially because of XpresSpa! Murat, the manager, and Cassandra, my nail tech, were friendly and took very good care of me. Thanks for being a bright spot in the otherwise hectic routine of traveling!

Due to the demands of the past year, and especially the Christmas season, the Gift Locker I try to keep stocked for various occasions had become quite bare. I noticed your email about the Valentine Sale, and between the two-for-one sale items, and my membership birthday discount, I was able to order several high-quality and distinctive items to have available as needs arrive. And for an amazing affordable price! My order arrived last week, and I am delighted. I do not travel nearly as often as my husband does so I don't have so many chances as I might like to use your airport relaxation services, but I am very pleased with my membership, and the availability of "First Class" gift and travel items from your shop. Thank you.

I just want to let someone know about my current & first visit. Well actually it’s my second at the DFW location. My first visit I just bought a candle, however my second visit I had time and purchased some services.
Everyone was so nice and it was very pleasant. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but the young lady help make it a lot easier. The massage therapist were wonderful!! I have told everyone of my experience and I think my next trip I will be booking a later flight just so I can enjoy another treatment.
Thank you again, it made my business trip so much better!

I want to compliment an employee at Dallas Terminal A Airport locations, Ms. Nguyen. The staff was all very accommodating. They were prompt in welcoming me, explained the services well, made me comfortable and took my coat. Ms. Nguyen has a very kind and gracious demeanor. My feet were disastrous. In my mind – dry, calloused and in need of attention. If she thought so too, I'd never know. She was very thorough in buffing off the rough places and applying the polish. All and all she provided one of the better pedicures I've had, and in my laziness I might not have written based on just that. But what tipped it a bit for me is that during the foot massage, she noted that my feet are very tense. I thought that was very intuitive of her and, in my mind, showed her level of understanding with regards to the human body as well as the needs of her customers. I have been under a lot of stress, and it was a bit of a wake-up call to me that even my feet are telling people so. It touched me that a stranger tapped into that as well. She is a young woman with a kind old soul.

Once upon a time, I had a 4-hour layover in Denver. A great airport indeed and it was there I had my very first back massage in a chair. It was good and it cost about $20 bucks. For double that this past Sunday, I had one of the best back rubs ever by Sasa @ JFK.
Sasa was a sweet, and gentle looking lady who just so happened to have iron man hands to get in deep just where I needed it. Her technique actually had me nearly asleep as I crouched over in one of those awkward looking chairs where the whole world could see---and I didn't give a care.
Turns out XpresSpa is a massage chain that can be found in over 35 airports worldwide. I'll keep my eyes open for another but will for sure plan on coming back to visit Sasa whenever I get the next opportunity. I do hope it is soon....toodles!

The massage portion of the pedi was to die for. Chinese traditional massage, not your regular massage as an afterthought sort of deal you're probably used to when you go to a nail salon.
Also, the massage chairs are quite nice. Worth just sitting in one for ten minutes. You'll feel really refreshed and ready to get on the plane.

In my quest to find some of the best places my fellow travelers can experience I stumbled upon this full service spa. Located in terminal C at the Philly International Airport I was very interested to see how well it stacked up against other airports.
I went for the standard 20 minute chair massage. The massage therapist asked the right questions and even suggested a more comprehensive massage than a chair massage. She was correct in offering me the services but time was not on my side since I was in between flights.
The massage what thorough and very relaxing. She did a great job. She was firm and listened for my body's feedback. Not bad for an airport massage.
What I really like was it was quiet. Little airport noise spilled in and that is key to a good massage (See my travelspa review). The spa was not overcrowded with equipment. Nothing worse than having too many machines you have to navigate through with luggage. The equipment was new and sturdy so I did not feel as though I was going to fall off the chair, or it did not slip.

There is one nice thing about having extra time at an airport – access to XpresSpa! After a week of work, a bad pullout couch, and lugging my MacBook in my Marc Jacobs handbag, I was ready to put my feet up and relax prior to my cross country trip home.
I walked in to a peaceful, clean, open space in the Terminal A. The girls were all welcoming and informed me that my requested service (brow waxing) would be a few min wait. The quickly moved me to the amazing massage lounger. People, when you have time, you must check out this lounge chair. This isn't you bad mall massager. This isn't your average nail spa chair massager. This thing really gets you.
In less than 10 minutes (I could have stayed there another 30) the tech came out and quickly waxed my brows. It was painless and pleasurable. Then she turned the chair back on and let me relax for another few minutes.
Since I had 3 hours to kill, I decided to add to my treatments and got the 20 minute neck and back massage. The bad mattress was damaging, but I also did some Wii boxing and my shoulders needed some help (really tough holiday.) I received a tough and necessary massage that left me feeling renewed and ready for my trip.
Remember that delays don't have to be painful!

I was stuck in Atlanta Airport for an annoying 4.5 hrs on Christmas day thanks to my flight being cancelled & getting stuck on an earlier flight from NY. It was a sad Christmas alone UNTIL I was greeted by the ladies offering me a massage. I had my luggage & instrument & loads of stuff with me, as usual. I explained the nature of my work (active use of upper body like an athlete) as well as my stressful year.
No problem. Brenda Holland is a superb masseuse. She knew EXACTLY what to do -- how to kill the knots & beat it to submission but all done very sensitively. Seriously, she is very gifted with her hands!
$35 for 15 may sound like a lot but she is worth every penny!

After missing my initial flight AND connecting flight it was clear I'd be in airports all day. I can't tell you how awesome it was to discover this place. One 15-minute foot massage later and I was good to go running to my next flight. I highly recommend making the small investment!

My friend and I were stuck in the ALT International Airport and were delayed so we had 7 hours to kill. We walked around to check out the airport, kill time and search for good food. On our tour of the airport we walked passed a Spa and the lady in front told us to come in and enjoy. We went after lunch and it may have been one of the best decisions we ever made.
I had a 20 min Neck & Back Massage and a 20 min Foot Massage (my first foot massage without a pedi).
The massage was on a massage chair and it was ahhhmazing. I was so relaxed and the noise of the airport was even drowned out because I was so into the massage. After that we were seated in massage chairs with blankets. I had my foot massage and it was phenomenal. After it was complete they told us we were welcome to stay in the chairs for as long as we desired. We stayed for around 30 min, I felt weird staying longer and I almost fell asleep =)
The Owner or General Manager, it appeared, was walking around the entire time talking to everyone and asking about their experience, she even approached me and asked me if I wanted the blanket to cover my feet. How sweet?
Other side notes, the staff was so extremely nice and the facilities were so clean!

For my first review ever, I had to tell you all about the amazing-ness of XpresSpa in Terminal C at good ol' ATL. Fortunately, I didn't visit because of a flight delay - just a longish layover and after the fifth flight of the week and three nights in different hotel beds...I desperately needed something. And into my life walked Keith. The man with the magic hands. Seriously. All I got was 15 minutes, but it was like the best 15 minutes of my life. He worked out those huge knots like it was nothing and really got into the muscles without actually causing pain. I ended up signing up for a membership and can't wait to be back flying through Atlanta.

What a genius idea. Put a spa into the most uncomfortable of places filled with grouchy and overstressed businessmen and women, who are forced to remove their laptops, take off their shoes, no f-ing liquids and hurry up and wait. Now, they have something to actually do while waiting for their inevitably late-due-to-mechanics flight other than play on their Crackberry or scream into their Bluetooth. (Forgive me if I bash the airline industry too much... Symptom of too-much traveling and bad airplane food.)
I've always wanted to try one of the many XpresSpa’s spread throughout the airports of America but have never had the time due to my reluctance to show up to the airport early. Today's commute from the East Bay to SFO was miraculously short and therefore freed up some time for a manicure.
I was seated into a massage chair immediately and was seen by a manicurist within five minutes. The massage chair was the most aggressive (almost invasive) massage chairs I have ever experienced. I like massages much deeper (bordering on sadistic) than most people, so I loved it although I might be a little sore tomorrow. For those with less of a desire for mechanical deep tissue, I recommend putting one of the plush blankets between you and the chair.
They have a great selection of OPI nail products and today I chose "Bubble Bath," a shiny, pale pink without any iridescence. Yen, my manicurist, was extremely deliberate and precise with her manicure and her hand massage was absolutely wonderful. After 30 minutes and $36 (plus tip) I was ready to board my flight.
$36 (for the ManiPure manicure) may seem steep for a manicure, but I would gladly pay more for the amount of relaxation that I experienced prior to my flight.

I stared suspiciously at this place from across the terminal for a long while. My feet and legs were aching like you wouldn't believe after 5 days of walking and bike riding. Alas, I was not only bored (2hrs till fight), but sore and had a bout of curiosity over take me. I opted for a foot massage, and it happened to be the darned best foot rubbing shenanigans I've ever experienced. No, seriously. The girl who had the courage to touch my achy feet and unshaved bruised legs (sorry for being graphic) was really great. After my 20 min massage I actually felt better. It also helped that the girl was a sweetheart and a bit of a hipster from the tenderloin. She was cool people. We hung out and chatted, while she insisted I hang around on the chairs for as long as I want.

I wanted to bump them up a star after receiving a really nice note from Rebecca in Client Services. She reached out to say that they've made some changes to their waxing technique based on my review and apologized for my bad experience. They've also offered a refund on it. It's nice to know the business is invested in what their customers have to say, willing to make changes to improve, and proactive enough to reach out and say so!
